1) A few weeks ago I logged a complaint regarding the TV insert that we are not getting. I did receive a phone call, but I was informed I will be given feedback - None received.
2) Still no TV insert today, but I believe the cheaper version of the paper do have one???
3) New subscriptions gets some prizes etc, what is the incentive for me to renew my subscription which I just did.?
4) I just renewed my subscription and I do not think I am getting what I a was subscribing too i.e.newspaper thinner/missing inserts etc. What is it going to cost me to cancel?
