No delivery again

No delivery of Men's health for the Dec issue, so I phoned the subscription line, where i was informed to buy the magazine myself and be credited for another month, it didn't arrive this month either. We get the women's health as well and that arrives like clockwork
Really dont want to phone the subscription line again and be told to buy the mag, What is the point of having a subscription then???
