I am a subscriber of Die Burger and have been for many years. On 2 Feb 2013 my home delivery was stopped. After making an enquiry this morning (4 Feb) the call center informed me that my account is overdue. I have NOT received any account to date via mail or email. According to the call centre someone tried to contact me about the account. They have my home number and cell no, but I have not received a single call on my cellphone, neither has a message been left.
I look after my mother-in-law's financial affairs, and guess what... exactly the same thing happened her case.
To Media 24 Newspapers... you are absolutely useless. I wonder whether you have an inkling of how people complain about your administration. Not to forget the equally useless and chaotic attempt to outsource the billing to On-the-Dot a few years ago.
