No response and poor service from WegRy

I subscribed to the magazine on 23/12/2013. It is a gift. I have made several phone calls and each time had to hold for 7-10 minutes before a consultant answered. The Call Centre consultants confirmed almost each time that there is no record of my subscription although I have received an email confirming that my payment was processed successfully. I was then given another number to contact - but no-one ever answers that phone. I have sent several emails requesting WegRy to phone on my cell. These requests are just ignored. WegRy processed my payment. The accepted my money. I received an email this morning that the 1st issue of the magazine will be posted in March 2014!! No one can or want to explain to me why I must wait until March before the 1st issue will be sent to me.
WegRy is not interested in customer service. This is the worst that I have ever experienced!
