Taking forever to process my order and no reply

I ordered two subscriptions online in early November and payed for it via EFT the same day.
I still havent received any feedback from them and on my online profile it just shows that the order has not yet been processed!!! How long should I wait??? And if there is a back logg or something the least they can do is to email you and tell you whats is going on.
