Zero Response to an urgent problem

My email adress was wrong and they corrected it a week ago. I checked that everything was fine directly after that and it was. Now today I cannot login to my account with the wrong or correct login info, and when I tried to reset my password, my ID and email wasnt recognised as a clients' credentials. ZERO feedback since this afternoon when I mailed them through their "ticket"-system, which is utterly useless!! And no other way of contacting them for help either. Really disgusted with the lack of support/feedback, plus it is an urgent matter!
