I found this listing on the junk mail PROPERTY website and i contacted the person.

The place was secured with a deposit and now i have to move in but his phone has been off since last night.
Can you please assist and trace this person as i want an explanation and keys to the property or he must reimburse me.
My only concern is that we have been communicating over the telephone but suddenly when i have to get keys to the property he switches his phone off. Our agreement was that pay a deposit to secure this place as it is in demand and its on a 1st come basis. I wanted to show that I'm serious i forwarded my I.D copy and made the deposit to the account given.
At the moment I'm not sure if its a bogus advert or not but I'm worried.
I will also try and ask my bank manager to reverse the amount i deposited and hope that i get successful.
