I have a contract with a marketing company that advertise via a sticker on the back of your vehicle, the contract states that I should submit photos of the vehicle (5 of them) each month on or before the 7th of each month, this was duly done. I had an accident however and the vehicle went for repairs I immediately advised them and they advised that I should not worry about submitting the photos as long as the vehicle is in for repairs, I therefore did not submit the photos for July on 5 August 2013, however they now claim that I failed to submit my photos for June, which is correct the vehicle was in for repairs and that I failed to submit them for July, which is incorrect I did and according to their system April, which is very unlikely.
Their system is faulty, I forward them complaints at their support center they only reply once to an email and thereafter they refuse to contact you again.
I entered into this agreement because I need the money to pay for the vehicle, now they are prejudicing my credit record in that they are failing to pay me, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
