BAD AFTER SERVICE AND RESPONSE

I bought a car in Aug 2011 from Blue Lake SA. I paid every month and submit my photos and odometer reading on time (before the 7th of every month. I experienced no problems until May 2013 when their system could not upload the photos. Also then they start hassling me like every day to convert the contract, due to the fact, according to them that I am losing money. I told them every time I dont want to convert to the new contract and are happy on this old one, Since then I experience one after another problem, according to them not uploading photos, not in time, and suddenly my contract is suspended when I wanted to upload photos in Nov. I tried several means of communication ex, email, tickets, telephone, with no feed back or one track feedback of what they think is the truth!!! The telephone numbers are barely ever been answered or the person not available or the number is not use! Please help me to get to the bottom of this problem, or I will seek legal advice. I did pay for this service> Suddenly the Finance Company contact me saying that they never did business with Blue Lake before! I mean we apply via Blue Lake for everything when the vehicle was bought.
