Won tickets but never received them

I won 2 double tickets to taste of joburg. The email that I received stated that I will receive an email in the week of Taste of Joburg that will contain a link for the tickets.By the wednesday I have not received anything and I emailed the online content manager saying that I have not received anything. I also sent a message on their facebook page. The taste of joburg expo is over and I never received my tickets or a reply to any of my messages. The odds of ever winning anything is so slim, and then when you actually do, you still lose!
