Still receiving accounts after it was cancelled

Dear Sir/ Madam,

After numerous emails send to customer care, phone calls that was never answered and telling your account department we are still receiving account and sms's with threats!!

This company has been non-existent for the last - 3 years. This company has been de-registered and the phone numbers you have have been cancelled 3 years ago.

I in fact went onto your site and could not even find said advert that you say is in the yellow pages.

I would appreciate it if you could please see that this account is rectified.
