We were approached by the above company to renew our add in the White pages. My account lady was pressured into finalising the contract because we were already past the deadline for print. The contract was signed and then we were harassed for payment. When I told them that I am not paying we were threatened that the account would be handed over for collection. The person also made sure that I was informed that it is already past our 7 day cooling off period.
Only now did we find out it was not for the Telkom White pages and we were not renewing our advertising. These people are obviously seasoned in the activity of taking people money under false pretenses. They should not be allowed to operate a legal business in SA.
