Not once but twice have I now had a problem with Trudon .. I still to this day have yet to have clarity on whether the previous query has been sorted out and then I get another account for internet advertising ..?? that they cannot even show me proof of .. I have emaild Nathan Philips on numerous occasions and have had no reply .. They seem to conduct their business by calling a person who is actually too busy to take their call and offer to design the advert for them .. (but will forward them the proof first?? which doesn't happen) My husband works out in the field all day and doesn't know the first thing about internet advertising .. The telephone account that they tried to charge is in MY name .. When the emailed account came for non payment the postal address for the account was Cape Town .. and I live in KZN .. I have even lodged a complaint and a query with Telkom as to how they can allow these "add on's" to be charged on MY telephone account when I haven't approved it?? Telkom have since taken it off my telephone account .. I hope that other people don't get caught the same way .. and pay up because of receiving a final demand for the account!!!
