I have been a Finweek subscriber for almost 2 years now. I have experienced constant late delivery of mangazines.
Sometimes the magazine comes 4 days after it normally comes (one day before the next magazine is already being printed)
I have proof of at least 8 times (with complaint emails and inadequate responses from Finweek/delivery company). Its always the same excuse.
When there is a public holiday on a weekend, they think it is ok to deliver the magazine four days later.
I am fed up. I will be cancelling my subscription soon and subscribing with Financial Mail. At least they will treat their subscriber customers properly.
This poor customer service is unacceptable
