Misleading and shoddy service

Jacklin Enterprises distributes international publications locally on behalf of various publishers. One of those publishers is Hachette Partworks. In may 2013 I subscribed to their newest publication "The Art of Crochet" via the website [URL Removed] One of the features of this website is its "Member Zone" which supposedly allows members / subscribers access to additional projects, patterns etc. However I and any other South African subscriber am unable to make use of this feature. I feel this is a breach of contract as nowhere on any of the marketing material or under the details and conditions is one informed that access to the Member Zone is for UK subscribers only. I have now been told Belinda as well as her supervisor Florah of the Jacklin call centre that this is the case. In my emails querying this I also requested that my membership be cancelled. I received email notification that my subscription would be cancelled and another email confirming that it had been cancelled, but no written response to my written query. The only explanation I have had is when I have called in at my expense. Florah has called back once and I'm awaiting another call.
