My account was debited after I said I'm canceling

I specifically told them I want the account cancelled, after several times they tried to convince me not to cancel. And then this morning I get an sms that my account was debited. I want my money back ASAP I work hard for my money for them to just come and take it. They've taken enough of money for that poor service they provided me with.
