Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Continuous unauthorised deductions - Telkom accoun

We picked up 4 months ago, that we were being charged - R1000 a month for mobi, internet and yellowpages listings, on our Telkom account. Telkom was contacted, who then referred us to Trudon. After about 4 emails, asking them to cease these unauthorised deductions and absolutely no luck, I went to the East London Trudon offices to investigate. As the financial manager of the company, I am completely aware of what the owner authorises and doesn't authorise and after listening to a recording of "someone" authorising "something", it was noted that this was one of our employees who simply agreed with whatever the telemarketer was saying. So I verified details, it was accepted that this was not a legal authorisation by the owner and we were promised that deductions would cease within a month. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS and I am at my wits end. I have emailed on behalf of the company, to no avail. We are on the verge of taking legal action unless EVERY and ALL deductions are removed immediately and refunded.
