I renewed The Times subscription in January 2013.Since inception;we have not received our daily newspaper but have Sunday Times delivered. I have contacted the contact centre several times and have been promised it will be sorted with the Area Distribution manager. Four months later still no follow up. I renewed the contract 7months after previous one lapsed with hesitation as we previously experienced similar problems. What am I getting charged for if I am not receiving the product and proper service?
