CLAIM OF OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R3 076.00 DUE TO MRS. EN ZUNGU IN RESPECT OF NISSAN MICRA REPAYMENT COVERING PERIOD JUNE AND JULY 2013; REF NO # 193146
Dear Sir / Madam;
I refer to the above subject matter for your urgent attention and settlement.
Kindly settle same within three (3) days from date hereof, by default of which I will proceed with legal proceedings to recover the monies due to me, including but not limited to liquidation proceedings. I shall in that event claim the costs so incurred from yourselves.
I regret having to proceed as stated above, as I have from the 11th July 2013 been requesting my payment from you to no response until today the 18th July 2013. As far as I am concerned I have performed my part of the agreement between ourselves and it is now your turn to do so; despite my understanding that you " yourselves" have incorrectly captured my banking details and now you come with your tactics that I should have confirmed when I loaded my photos. I wish to relay to you that your reasons that I will forfeit my money is not substantive, however if this is your tactic in order to avoid performing part of your agreement, the law shall take it`s course.
