I placed an order with this company in April 2013 and to date have not received a single delivery. my account has been debited and they refuse to credit me for the charges incurred due to their incompetence.
Their staff at the Call Centre is useless and cannot hear simple numbers or names that is given to them and you have to consistently repeat yourself.
This is called as they take your money and do not deliver.
