1. I received no notice that my previous 12 month subscription was coming to an end.
2. It has taken more than a week to process my new subscription, so no newspaper for the second Sunday in a row.
3. Worst of all, they only operate during office hours, so no "emergency" number to dial on a Sunday when your paper does not arrive.
Sadly, this type of attitude is often the norm when a company has monopoly over a certain product or service.
