I have been trying to get my refund for Jacaranda Day 2013 that was cancelled since 23 April 13. Copy of 1st email below:-

I think it very sad that Jacaranda Day was not just postponed to Sunday as Sunday turned out to be a lovely day. I traveled with my family all the way from Plettenberg Bay to JHB just for the weekend
