Their is a guy on the Corner of Calendular and Klipfontein Road selling the Argus and screaming Weekend Argus since 7am every Sunday Morning. A big disturbance to everyone. The owner Gavins son who drops the paper and, does not stay in the area feels it is okay for the guy to be screaming like that... Please help as I have asked them to stop it but to no avail.
