FM Subscription

I completed my online subscription of a 6 months delivery of FM on the 19th of March by depositing the fee in the emailed standard bank account, i was given a reference number 29943 and i haven't received any issue till this day. I have tried following up with a few individuals since the begining of April but to no assistance. I would like to unsubscribe if ever i was subscribed and get a refund. Please assist
