Caxton Magazines
Daylight

Country Life magazine hosted a breadmaking workshop for which they charged R840 for half a day. The day was VERY poorly organised and not worth so much money at all. In fact, I feel we have been robbed, because they took our money without giving back a quarter of the money's worth! I phoned the editor afterwards and her secretary assured me she'll phone me back. Later that same day I phoned again and was told yet again that the editor is very busy, but she'll get back to me (promise) When I still didn't hear from her the next day, I wrote an e-mail and told her everything that went wrong at the workshop. After two weeks, with still no reply, I wrote another e-mail and still received no feedback. Now I'm reporting the very bad service from a nice magazine, from which I expected more!
