This is a repost of my previous complaint since it seems that they are replying to other posts here and ignoring mine.
I want this resolved!
I have never dealt with a company with such terrible service as Trudon.
No resolution nor feedback.
All i have wanted to do was remove the Double Post of the company and correct the number from it being our Fax line.
I sent a mail requesting the update and received the response on the 18th of April
"Hi, I will make sure this is changed ASAP.
Regards
Miles"
I gave enough time for them to do the update and checked every day.
I got fed up and called them on the 23rd of April, asking for a the status of the update
I got told that using a 0861 number has a cost attached and that Miles did not do anything.
I can understand that, but WHY WASN'T I informed?
I told him to send me a quote or costing.
The representative said that i should email customer care again and i will get a response tomorrow.
I sent a mail a few mins later requesting the update.
Sent a complaint message to Sales department on the 25th and requested a quote for the 0861 costing.
No Response.
Received a response on the 2nd of May
And filled in the form to update details.
