I bought a Turboflow from Mr Hugh Dixon by using a Groupon voucher. I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it to Mr Dixon for a full refund - he offers a 3 month money back quarentee. My payment was made to Groupon, so I contacted them for the refund, they passed the buck by referring me to Mr Dixon. I contacted Mr Dixon and he also passed the buck and referred me to Groupon. Now they are playing cat and mouse with me, I have made numerous phone calls and send many e-mails. Both Mr Dixon and Groupon is not taking responsibility and not willing to refund my money, they are simply playing delaying tactics. I will never make use of Groupon again! Also watch out for Mr Hugh Dixon, he doesn't stand by his 3 month money back guarentee.
