My contract ended last year, 2024; however, I am still being billed. I have logged a formal complaint with Vodacom Customer Care a few times. Please listen to the phone recordings and check the computer records. I have paid the outstanding amounts already three times. However, billing continues, even though the Vodacom staff promised three times that my bill was paid up and closed.
I am requesting contact numbers for the Managing Director or Complaints Department now because someone is not complying at Vodacom. Billing cannot continue for services not received, and I have already paid the bill three times. I want contact numbers for someone who is competent and willing to do their job!
Also, please see service tickets on your systems and comply!
