While colouring my hair at home I ended up getting it all tied up in terrible knots.
Monday morning 29 April at 09:00 I had an appointment at Jeauval Hair Salon to help fix the problem. I was leaving for my honeymoon to Mauritius the next day and it was a real cricis for me. The people at Jeauval Hair Salon said that they can't do anything about the knot. They ended up simply cutting a few centimeters of my pony (like I could have done myself) and charged me R400, sending me away with the knots exactly the way I came. I was told that they don't care about the fact that it is my honeymoon.
The staff at Crazy Scissors Hair Salon whom I approached next, had a completely different attitude. They teamed up and worked hard to get all the knots out of my hair. They cut my hair in a fabulous style and sent me away beautifully. They also gave my hair a treatment and a blowdry all for only R500..
Jeauval Hair Salon gave me nothing for R400, but Crazy Scissors saved the day and did a marvelous job. I am so thankful for hairdressers that truly care about their cleints, the way they did for me.
