GHD
Now its a fake!!!

I received my brand new GHD white with a box and DVD from an Oncology patient who has recently passed away.
I never got a receipt from her, My GHD started smoking and I emailed the client service Sept last year and was told all I have to do is courier it to Durban and pay for those costs.
At the time i didnt have the cash... so I recently followed up with the call centre just to verify there details and to be told well actually its now a fake?? How does that work?
That is so disgusting... and appaling service its so easy to say now its a fake!!
Im sure my dead patient would just love knowing she purshased a fake!!!
