My kettle started to rust after I had only used it for 2 months. Feeling a bit disappointing about it, I emailed the head office of Russell Hobbs and told them my story. Within that day (it was a Saturday) I had a response and a forwarding address to send my issue to. On Monday I had a call from a very nice man (Glen) who told me to please take it back to the shop and replace it. It was his time out of the office and he still called me to help me out. His team was just as amazing and helpful so I cannot fault any of them. This is what customer service should be like! Every company can learn from these guys!
