My blue light Russell Hobbs kettle's button that is pushed to open the lid for filling stopped working, e-mailed the Jhb branch twice for advice and comments, no reply, emailed the Cape branch, no reply, phoned the Cape branch to get a contact name and was given a Cupido in the service dept., no reply, phoned again for the branch managers name and his e-mail address, sent him a mail, no reply, tried to phone him not available, I was asked for my phone number, said that my phone number was in the e-mail sent to him, Received a phone call from a woman last Tuesday asking for my address as they will collect the kettle, now a week later, the 22nd and nothing, phoned to talk to P.Roux, not in, explained the whole story, the woman on the board, very bored and vague said she would get Cupido to phone me, 2 hours still waiting, and really believe in their products, recently bought a smoothie maker and a bread making machine, with popcorn maker, nogal, was that a mistake? How can companies be so blaise and ignorant about there customers, but it's not the companies, it's the people that work for them. What a shame.
