Kent White - Damaged inside pack

I recently bought a packet of my usual brand of cigarettes, Kent White. I was very dissappointed to find that most of the cigarettes were bent and damaged insde the pack (even though the outside of the pack seemed fine). Even one of the cigarettes were half and I couldn't find the other half of the cigarette in the pack, which means that it went in to the pack already damaged. It was very difficult to draw from the cigarettes which were damaged and very unpleasant. It seems as if the cigerettes were packaged to tightly.
I really do not expect this type of quality, as I 'm usually very satisfied with the brand.
