Smoking is expensive

I have been smoking Kent Cigarettes for a long time. Even before they were Kent, but Benson and Hedges. I am so sick of opening a packet of smokes and finding them damaged. Today I opened one and found the filter wrapper missing from one and the filter wrapper all skew and shrivelled up on another. Smoking is expensive and I expect to find every cigarette I take out of the box of good / excellent quality. Come on guys this is not Sahavi or Prinston. I pay for your cigarettes because I enjoy it so please make this the experience I expect.
