The company failed to provide services paid for. Summary of issues
o Poor condition of bus: The bus was dirty and not in good enough repair to be driving us as shown by the toxic fumes and the multiple breakdowns on the side of the road.
o Lack of space in replacement bus: The second limo was made for 8 people and we had to fit 18 into it. It was also broken and could not shift above second gear.
o Injury of passenger: A sheet of glass fell from between the driver and the passenger compartments and shattered on top of a girl's head.
o Lateness: The bus completely missed the first pick-up, making us an hour late for the rest of the trip and making us miss the rugby game (at a cost of R2000 for the tickets).
o Directions: The driver had no idea how to get us to our stops and went in the wrong direction, to the wrong places, multiple times.
o Payment for gasoline: I had to pay extra for gasoline, which was supposed to be included.
