I received a call from a telesales lady a while back and she gave me the full sales pitch. It sounded like a good deal, but I wanted some time to consider it, so I asked the lady if she would email me more details so I could look over it and I would decide. She told me that she would capture all my information and then if I wanted to continue, it would all be on the one call already. I have never received any information from them, I only received an SMS with a password and user name. The next month I saw that they debited my account with a subscription fee, even though I have never received any documentation from them. I have tried phoning their customer care line, and only get put through from one person to the next and never get any where. I was also told about a card that would enable me to use the service, but I have never received this. But, every month they deduct money from my account, and its to the point where I now make sure that there isn't any money in the account, as the debit order rejection is cheaper than the amount they try and take.
