We had a problem with our T-fal pot which seem to be defective, so we emailed T-fal and FERDJANI Yasmine put us in contact with Colin Gordon who sent us one email and then went on a business trip and forgot all about us, we dont know if he is back or if he is to busy for his customers, however he has Given T-fal a USELESS name, after much tracking colin sent us an email asing for some info about the defective product, we sent him all the info and its been 2 months and we have no reply, is this the kind of service a Huge compant like T-fal gives.
If Berzack Brothers is controling T-fal in South Africa i think t-fal should reconsider them as an agent.
