Contractors directory is a online advertising company and they contacted me to place a ad with them. The amount for this ad was R2500 for 18 months and they promised to forward leads to my email. This has not happened for 6 weeks now and I phoned every week and was promised that the problem was fixed but still no emails. After 5 weeks I drove to the office of this company to get a refund. Again they promised me that they will fix the problem. Nothing has happened and my calls are not returned. So basically I have paid for something that I have not received. All I need is a refund!! And would advise everyone never to place a ad with this company.
