Elocation CPT-KZN - Biddulph staff CPT respect your belongings Cover required items and enough men to remove items without damage - KZN staff dont follow protocol remove plastic in the rain wet mattress and drag matress on one side leaving itorn corners mud stains on one side -They were advised not to walk into bedrooms with dirty feet and leave beds out on tiled area and they walk in leaving black marks. I have KZN manager saying that the matress may have been damaged intransit and may have rubbed up against something!! How do you explain mud stains? Owen the MD hides behind limited liability and says he will offer R1000 to clean carpet and Matress but he wasnt there and damage like this happens and things can go wrong but R1000 should cover it. A TOTAL DISREGARD to anyones belongings! Where was the professionalism in handling the items? You bring the items inside, uncover inside the house not outside, this is their policy! if item was covered in plastic and dragged there would be far less damage! In Fact NONE! so please spare me your ingnorance and avoidance! BIDDULPHS KZN show NO PROFESSIONALISM in handling! CPT branch can but KZN dont - KZN clients think twice!! SHOCKING SERVICE!
