The characters allowed for this message are not sufficient to tell my whole story... I will therefore limit myself to warning other consumers to seriously re-consider if you are thinking of using this 'company'. Service should not form part of their company name as overpricing and incompetence of their 'technician' resulted in me eventually paying threefold to get my washing machine working again (by a very competent and service orientated Centurion Automation Services I might add). Leon and Gerrie do not follow up on complaints and messages, let alone take responsibility for their mistakes or consider meeting the customer half way, even though I made a very reasonable offer to mitigate my claim for part of the cost they were directly responsible for. Take care that you have to pay in advance (how gullible am I?!) and that is the end of it... what else happens afterwards is your problem. It was proved without a doubt that the technician made a mistake in re-wiring my washing machine, which resulted in further damage and replacement of parts. I told them that I suspected this... but to no avail and after three weeks I had no choice than getting somebody else to fix their mes
