First of all this is not a direct complaint to the PO Vredefort. The People working here are always friendly and helpful, this complaint goes to the whole system of the SA post offices in which undoubtedly loads of ppl get away with and not doing their job any justice. Not for the first time packages of mine that were sent from my family in Europe did not arrive AFTER 2 (!) Months! Usually it takes apprx.2 weeks. Packages I posted to europe from the Post Office in Clarens NEVER arrived .. The persons working at PO in Clarens also don't know ANYthing about posting overseas and how to charge the client correctly..they just take the post, lett u pay the amount and then put the post aside without finishing putting the right amount of stamps on!
This is unacceptable!! Don't ppl get a form of training before they are allowed dealing w customers and their goods?! and still waiting!!!
