We booked their special as a gift through Groupon who is supposed to reputable at Sara Spa - now since last year October we have been battling to make a booking, and have discovered the poor servic by this spa.
The only reason most people take up these specials is because Groupon guarantees these goods and services however it seems I like many others have been de-frauded of the gift we purchased for our Pastor and wife.
PLEASE can somebody advise how else to get hold of Sara spa and if anyone has been refunded or complaints handled to date? Has Groupon assisted - and if so, contact details for me to lodge a complaint with them ifo same.
