I bought a Vouncher for Sara Spa via Groupon in December phoned the 2 numbers since then until now (March) but NEVER got through to them; either automatic answer is "the mailbox is full" (074 903 5144), the receipient of my call on the other number said that this is the wrong number (073 799 9909).
When I went to the web (google) to look for additional numbers for Sara Spa, I found (081 779 0651) where my call was not answered but went to the mailbox - this Groupon site [URL Removed] also lists the Spa at a different address from the one on my voucher: not 3 Benjamin Avenune 2194 Johannesburg any longer but 10 Palamino Ridge, Lanseria Estate, Jhb 2188.
On another Groupon website [URL Removed] where again ANOTHER telephone number for Sara Spa was listed (073 337 7444) which I found out that this number was 1st not working at another time went to the MTN-message system. Again, the address had changed to 30 Montrose Ave, Northriding, Jhb 2194.
WHO ARE these people? Do they exist? How can I get through to them? Or was I ROBBED by them via GROUPON??!! Please somebody ASSIST!!
