Doesnt pay contracter and swears customers

I started doing a computer and cctv camera job for this company in december but due to landing in hospital and one of two other reasons i only finished last week and on sunday when i went to fetch my tools and money themba was drunk so he picked up a bottle and broke it so he could stab me, i got away and contacted the cops, the cops arrived and vero's wife wouldnt let them arrest Themba. so anyway they said i must come back when Veero is there and i do so and when i get there veero chases me off the premise so i go to the police station and make two affidavidts so now im just waiting for the officers to get back to me about the case
