I moved into my house in Cosmo City ext 10 in April 2012. I was told to go to the Cosmo city office and
collect a dustbin which I was told that they didnt have stock and I had to keep checking.
I kept checking and then next time I was told that the bins were there but they didnt have
wheels and was told to keep checking again. I went on checking and was finally told that bins
were not getting delivered to them and I need to call 011 375 5555.By this time it was already November 2012.
I took a break from all this running around to enjoy my hoildays. In March 2013 I called 011 375 5555 and
was given reference number 8001293141 and was told the bin would be delivered in 5 days. That didnt
happen as well and when I called to check with them I was given another number 011 712 5200 and these
people dont answer their phones at all. I finally got through to Nomasonto who put me through to the
Randburg branch (they also didnt answer their phones) and then she gave me a cell number for
Wiseman 073 188 7540 which is forever off.
I NEED A BIN ASAP, PREFERABLY BEFORE END OF BUSINESS TODAY! I HAVE CHILDREN AROUND THE HOUSE AND
NOT HAVING A BIN IS A HARZADOUS TO OUR HEALTH
