Looks like the same situation for me... After I started emailing their support team with no answers, I started with their website for 'contact us' response, I left replies, with no luck. I can email you all the correspondence between me and Nutra burn and also the bank receit of the payment I made. How can I go to work with this problem in getting my money back. Who is in the right channel to contact at FNB, showing that this is a? I ordererd 5 bottles, just over R1200!!! I thought of buying this for my teenager daughter whom has a weight problem, wanted to help her with a natural supplement, read their article in the Womens Health Magazine.
