Stinking attitude

I phoned LICC on behalf of my sister trying to findout why there were making debits orders on her account, initially i called them on the 18th March 2013 and i was told they will contact me but they did not, on the 28/03/2013 i phone and spoke to Cathrin who also told me i should get the response before the end of the week the 5/04/2013, and today when i called them i spoke to Justine who was so impatient with me when i was asking them about their turn around time for quires to be resolved so that i can understand why its taking so long to get a response from them instead she decide to transfer my call to Lee who still talks to me with an attitude and tells me they will call me when they get the response, he does not even bother to take my details as indication that he will investigate why there is a delay but instead he tells me to phone after 3 days with no explanation what could be the problem with the delay but just pure arrogance.

PEOPLE IN CALL CENTRES represent the face of the company and they represents the culture & values of the company and obviously when you have a staff that doesn't understand this fundamentals like this two redundant incapacitated low self esteem
