I ordered a percel with avon justine which was sent to my postbox and I didnt collect it and it was eventually sent back to the sender. They invoiced me for it and in our communication I told them that it was sent back and proof from the post office confirming that it was an undelivered parcel sent back to them I faxed it thru without response by them. I had a number of interactions with different people from avon justine on this matter in vain, they eventually backlisted me without prior notification of their intent to blacklist me while the dispute was still not resolved. What kind of people who invoice and blacklist people whilst the matter is still not finilised? They did not take heed of what I told them-maybe this is their way of forcing or people of money for things they didnt receive. People pliz stay away from these people if you dont want to find out the hard way that you have been blacklisted.
