Terrible service most ignorant person

I called the call centre to find out about my justine order and spoke to a robot that would not listen to me. justine sent me an sms after it was placed and told me it was invoiced. today this woman simangele told me the order is below minimum amount probably because some items were short thats why i did not get it and i wont now as its a new campaign month. i wanted to speak to a team leader because its unacceptable. they were supposed to call and tell me that. nobody did and i want my order. its pathetic that they cant do their jobs and worse that they dont care and treat you like trash. i want them to listen to that call and how arrogant this woman is and i want my order because their incompetence has nothing to do with me
