Sent my car in June 2012 to be checked at this company he recitfied the fault and was paid by warrenty. when i wen to fetch the car he said that nother spare was needed that the warrenty couldn't cover it had to be purchased from NMI which i paid R25 000.00 NMI requested to do the repair so the warrenty reamined in place; i agreed and paid for this. it is now April 2013 and i have not recieved my vehicle yet. Each time contact is made there is always a new excuse. My car has been going to a from both parties as if nobody knows what they are doing. NMI's technitian checked this car out themsleves and noticed all was correct. NMI then real;ized it was this complanies fault an now a new spare has been ordered but the SAME problem is occuring. Derrick now says the issue is wear-and-tear and more spares are needed in the gearbox for this wear-and-tear. How can wear-and-tear occur on a car unused for 10 whole months!?
